Electric Melting

Our 2,300 lb. Thermtronix electric melting allows us a working environment free of noise, heat and fumes while maintaining precise temperature control for high quality aluminum. Clean and consistent pouring produces the finest aluminum castings we can provide to our customers.

Alloys: 319, 333, 355, 356, & 713

Patterns:

• We work with full service pattern shops to get competitive bids for our customers.
• In-house pattern repair and rigging.
• In-house pattern storage.

Finishing:

• Complete cleaning and finishing department.
• The use of local shops for impregnating, painting, polishing and anodizing.
